    what is command for make new account ?
    and how can change 2account to 1ip? because now can ppls make only 1

    There is no command to make a new account >_>;
    There is the Citizens Plugin that creates a new NPCs but not new accounts that players can log onto.

    I'm assuming he's referring to the AuthMe plugin. I believe it has something like "max registrations per IP".
