I notice how much space players take up on servers hardrive

Is there a way to lower the amount players build up on my server diskdrive because I have like 6 gig spare for players about 30 players have jined taken up like 80% of that!! Is this just me? Or is this for everyone? Is there a way to take up less space since my server isn't exactly BIG it's a kitpvp server, that's why people randomly join. Also I could delete them from my database but if I did that would their ingame money and items in enderchest disappear?

 

Check what files are taking up the extra space. My folder has over 1000 player files, taking up 4.6M total.

 

That's really creepy, restarted the server, went back down to like nothing! Nevermind maybe just a restart should properly save the files, maybe they were temporarily hanging around until I officially restarted and it documented everything...
