Item effect by name?

    I'm not requesting a plugin abut I'm wondering if its possible to give a certain item an effect because its name(example:Egg with default name works normally, egg names TNT blows up) is that a feature that could be put into a plugin?

    I'm not a dev or anything, but I think it should be possible, as they can even let a sign function as redstone (which could blow up TnT ) I mean look at craftbook, it has some sick features

    Actually, CraftBook doe shave this feature. CommandItems can cause an explode command with the ENTITY_ARROW event on eggs.
