cant portforward help me

i cant portforward why
i need to portforward so that people can join my server
pls portforward 25.39.203.70

 

You have to do that on your own. Type your default ip into a web browser url.

 

but im only using a wireless no router pls help im just a 10 years old boy and im a grade 5 student and i live at

Rip off thought.... You shouldn't pay that much. Anyway, as you seem to be totally new to portforwarding follow this tutorial:

By the way, port forwarding can only be done by yourself and you port forward a port, not an ip. If you want to run a server the default port to forwar would be 25565

well i already did that firewall full access to java and made to advance setting a new rule
but it dint work still people cant join my server
