   I need a plugin that players need permission to destroy blocks in my city / home does anyone know a plugin?
   
   So, if someone trys to destroy a block in my city, it should say 'you need permission to do that first'
   
   Will be very appreciated.

   I think there is a plugin called WorldGuard that does just that.
   
   Cuboid (for hMod) used to be able to do that.
