The ender dragon egg will never spawn outside the arena. The player that clicks the egg the most time wins. Ideas for commands: /fe setarena p1/p2 - Sets the region of the arena. /fe setteggspawn - Sets the spawn of the egg. /fe setplayerspawn - Sets the player spawn. I'm not sure if it is possible to make a enderdragon egg not leave an arena on teleport unless there were specific points designated for it to teleport to
