Can't hit people in Survival Games on my Server

I recently added Survival Games onto my server and I set up everything fine (arenas, spawns, etc.) and I went in to test the game and you can't hit anyone. You can take damage when you fall, but not when people hit you. PvP is enabled in the world

I had this issue on my server a while back, here are a few things to try;

• Ensure pvp is allowed on your server (server.properties file)
• Ensure you have pvp enabled in that world (multiworld/multiverse config.)
• Try reloading SG (/sg reload)

If none of the above help, post what plugins you use here and I can help further.

P.S. - Most likely not a permissions issue just so you know...

Have you made sure people have PvP on with PvPToggle?

 

Do you get a message when you try to hit someone? This could just be lag.

 

Yes PvP is on, I've checked several times.

And nothing comes up when you attempt to hit. But I'm going to assume it's not lag because we can hit each other perfectly fine in other worlds.
