In my server, a new era is dawning. Transportation is moving to expand to massive minecart systems, not just for people, but also for cargo. I was hoping to prevent griefers from destroying the rails, is there a plugin that can be created to kill players on crash?

CraftBook has this, the entity remove feature for minecarts. It will kill players (or mobs) when it hits them.
