Hey guys, I have been using Hamachi because i dont know how to port forward and I have found Hamachi to be a big pain in the ass and then I found out about Dyndns so I made a host with my ip address, the one I got from whatismyip.com and now I dont know how to join with it, I mean, I can already join great but do I still need to port forward? I am using the latest recommended build of craftbukkit.

Yes, you do need to port forward if you want players from outside of your network to be able to access your server.

He is wrong, you dont have to, but the server computer always has to be running Hamachi. Then each user has to download Hamachi and connect to the servers same network. Then in minecraft they can either type in the servers Hamachi ip or your dyndns name... I have my Hamachi server running perfectly... and infact i also use dyndns...
Good luck if ou need anymore help let me know...
Something like this, but a tad differnt because your useing Bukkit...
