my console keeps spaming out and disables the server

i don't know if it is a plugin on my server that is making it bug out, but whenever anyone joins my server and does nothing my console keeps spamming really fast and it crashes the server it didn't do this before 1.6. so I don't know how to fix this, also i see on the console it says reached end of stream for /[ip] if you can help me i would be very thankful

We don't support dev builds here. The new launcher can run 1.5.2, so just downgrade to that until they make a RB.
