Why do you need permission? Its your plugin, you decide if it becomes public or not, hes not paying you for it.
This is were the grey area comes into play, it may be my code. But OP owns the 'idea'. And since his last post was talking about paying me, unfortunately I can't hand out code I would very much love to share this with the public though. If I get permission for public use I will let you help me work out bugs!

I dont think that GUIshop plugin is exactly what the OP is looking for. In response to release the code publically, im sure its up the coder if he wants to make it public or private. The Tokenshop plugin isnt an original idea because like i said before i had a plugin made for our server and i have seen many servers with this token system implemented. We find its a great way to boost your votes and given players great rewards for voting!

Hey guys just an update. I've added the ability to give a kit to a player on purchase. For example an item with name Diamond Kit could give a player a full set of diamond amour. There is a very simple method to making kits, plus there is also a fully functional /kit command just like any other kits plugin. Except when you use /kits it will only display kits you have permission to use. Every kit has customization for there cool down via command. The shop has the ability to straight override this cool down is you wish. Plus tons of optimization has been added! Also, it's official this plugin is PUBLIC!
I have a plugin called EventPrizes that does the tokens but not shop signs, you get rewards from a command
This pulls up a inventory in which you can click in it to spend your tokens on whatever you want. Plus the configuration allows the server owner to be limited by nearly their imagination.
Love the excitement building with this! and thanks for the offer, but I think everything is almost finished! Kit's cool downs will persist with restarts! And now have full Votifier support! or if you don't want to use Votifier you can always use a different voting system and have it execute a command that will still work flawlessly! The vote event has a few customization including broadcast message and player message! Also added commands to make players effort to vote/donate near 0!
Awesome. Just a notice to everyone. We will be releasing TokenShop soon. We found most of the bugs that were occuring with the plugin. I also would like to tell everyone this. I will be creating a script with VariableTriggers that allows you to trade in-game item currency, such as gold nuggets, for some Tokens with TokenShop. I have not been able to test the plugin in about 2 days, so I will start testing in a few minutes. The VT script will be available by me for free, as well as a download link to that plugin.
