Non- Op Players Can't Use Factions

I want new players to be able to use faction commands such as /f create but my server will not let them. I am pretty sure this has to do with group manager since it has been blocking some other commands as well. Does anyone know of a solution? This is getting really annoying and I would appreciate any help!

have you actually tried to check what permission to give? from your post it kinda sounds like you didnt.

Never mind, the problem is solved. I tried adding the -factions.kit.fullplayer permission and I got an error because I forgot to add the space after the dash. But when I added the space it worked. Thanks for the help!
