Need help finding and or making plugins.

I've got a few things on a list here, that I am having trouble finding, maybe you know the perfect solutions so here it comes.

this is an adventure server so I dont want people building accept for specific events (see below)

I do appreciate the help here (big server project so lots to do )

I need a protection plugin that turns off all build/destroy except to one area, but the catch is that area is a war zone, kinda like king of the hill each week the faction that owns it builds a fort to defend from the weekend onslaught to claim it as their own.

A guild/faction plugin that works with the above (no player made factions important)

the simplest event plugin, events such as (walks over block "you have angered the gods blah blah" mobs spawn from various locations, maybe closes door) need it simple so I can make lots of events without thousands of lines of code.

A good easy dynamic economy plugin (its a controlled economy like buy this from town A sell to Town B prices go up and down from supply and demand)

A good races plugin, features like breathing underwater, armor/weapon restrictions, night vision, hunger speed, nothing too fanciful (no classes/grinding stuff)

Most of the stuff that you mentioned is plugins already made, Please search next time. Also this is in the wrong section. If you are requesting plugins post it here: http://forums.bukkit.org/forums/plugin-requests.13/

 

Thanks I know that the plugins are already made but I have no clue which plugins they may be, even searching I have no clue what will narrow things down for me.
