Minecraft Server, Players not staying :/

I have started a minecraft server about a month and a half ago. And the problem I have is that players just won't stay! I have an average of 9 people on at a time and I know that advertising isn't the problem. I get about 200 players a day but none of them stay. I have gotten a total of 7000 players on the server and it seems that they all leave

Your server is cracked.

That turns away 90% of players.

Also, don't expect help from most people here because we don't support or condone cracked servers.

 

In fact a mod will probably come by see its cracked and lock this thread. Js seen it happen plenty of times.

 

Before a mod comes and deletes this, please tell me, is it really just the cracked part that turns everyone away?

The server isn't cracked anymore! Thanks for the advice!
