Double NameTag

    I saw this on some Server.
    How is this possible? I mean, I managed to add Prefixes to Players, with ScoreBoard, but how can you do a Double NameTag? This seems a bit like <entity>.setCustomName(string), because it vanishes upon a range of 10 blocks.

    its the scoreboards added inside 1.5
    they have set an objective with display name set to Health
    and they use it to update the hearts when the player gets damage
    the objective is set to slot: belowName
