Pex not working. (need help from expert or intermediate permissions people.

I own a 24/7 server and i am getting very frustrated with permissionsex.
Before i used pex i used group manager but i didnt like it because you have to put perms in each world (if not i couldnt figure out how to make it global) But here is the pex config i have used.

I have put all the commands from default into the donor,vip,sponsor simply because i cant get the inheritance to work.
i cannot do it ingame due to it not saving when i put a command in a group.
The problem is the groups are loaded in the game but when i set my group as lets say Vip. i dont get any of the perms that is in the config (essentials.near and such) but i do get all the default ones.

Ive been wondering if any of you could either tell me a problem in the config or if you happen to like doing permissions or just want to be friendly and redo the whole permissions and post it in the comments i will be glad.
(ps i need to put 1 more perm node in the donor,vip,sponsor and that is only using the command /fly in the specific world Lobby)

Put your file on www.pastebin.com. And group manager works fine you just needed to set up mirroring.

the default groupmanager has the permissions global by default?
