   What I want: I want this plugin to allow only certain people to be able to talk in certain *channels*? For example people in a Creative world to be only be able to talk to people in that world. And people in the Survival World to only be able to talk to people in that world.
   
   Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.
   
   Ideas for permissions: worldchat.[worldname]
