WorldGuard or WorldEdit - Auto Regions?

Hey dudes. Is there a way to automatically slice the world up into worldguard regions, such that any random person can come in and claim their own region, without my help?

I'd prefer if each person could have just 1 region at a time, and must be standing inside the region to claim. Also we have a few existing regions I'm hoping to protect from the auto arrangement if possible.

This doesn't use WorldGuard or WorldEdit but it's absolutely perfect for what you want and I've found that it works very well.

 

hey someone tell me how to protect my world becuase im playing in a computer shop i build a village (took me 2 days) and when i opened it the next day it looks like piece of crap, someone used TNT on my village
