Essentials TP delay not working!

I have the TP delay thing

# The delay, in seconds, before a user actually teleports.  If the user moves or gets attacked in this timeframe, the teleport never occurs.
teleport-delay: 3

Set to 3 seconds, and I do not have the bypass thing on my groups, however it will not delay! I'm also not op'd when I try it.

Nevermind, literally fixed it just seconds after posting this lol
