Minecraft Server

I just made a mine craft server, but I don't know how to enable command blocks! I put enable-command-block=true but it's still disabled!

 

Adding "enable-command-block=true" to any part of the server.properties should enable them. Did you reboot the server after?

 

Command blocks do not work on bukkit servers. Sorry, if you wish to use command blocks you need to use a vanilla server

 

I did reboot it and Zemorez, i'm new so how are you supposed to "use" a vanilla server

Vanilla = clean server which means no bukkit plugins

You have to enable them, they aren't automatically enabled because of uneducated people who give them out.

Find your server.properties file (the one that you use to set your server port/IP) and post a copy on pastebin.

 

I searched and it said you had to upgrade the essentials idk how to upgrade it or where my 'essentials" are

Not true. I have a bukkit server and command blocks work fine.

 

So we can tell you what to fix.

Please do it already and stop spamming.
