Now I dont know if a plugin like this is around yet or no because I have not been able to find one. Duel Spawn will allow OPs to set two spawn locations in a server, one spawn location is for new members who have never joined the server and the second one is for current players who have just died.
GGgundam You could use essentials for it, in the config scroll all the way down till you see: newbies. There is an option called: Spawnpoint add a name to it and then go ingame and do /setspawn <name> at your new player location and just do /setspawn to set the spawnpoint for default. This will require essentialsspawn.
