less complicated version of towny?

So after 7 hours of pure irritation with the fact that towny is overly complicated, crashes with every little plot I use, and the fact that when I try to auto claim plots it makes it so I get this error "This plot is locked" from apparently failing to render all of the plots, though I've let it sit there for countless hours to 'render' From the 7 hours of that, and the hour of picking up all my keyboard buttons from bashing the keyboard so hard they flew off, I am finding myself on the verge of mental breakdown from one extremely complicated, terrible plugin. Sorry to the developers.

    Plugin category: RolePlay (I guess)

    Suggested name: Town Lots

What I want: I simply need a plugin that I can create ONE town, with infinite land to claim, and have it so you can buy a plot of land that is for sale, you cannot build in other peoples plots, or plots that are up for sale. I'd like it so they can destroy blocks, and add blocks in the main area, just not plots for sale, or sold.

Ideas for commands: /tl (Shows list of commands) /tl create {name} (Creates land name for adding plots) /tl claim (Claims land) /tl spawn (adds a spawn) /tl forsale {price}(Makes the area for sale) /tl nosale (Removes the forsale area) /tl buy (Buys an area forsale)

Ideas for permissions: if you can make it so the only thing guests/users can use is /tl buy, without the need of permissions that'd be amazing.

When I'd like it by: this week, next week, this month, when ever you can finish it honestly. I'm in a rush, but I know coding stuff likes this takes some time so who ever can do it and how long you do it for is up to you.

try this one, I made it myself: http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/safe/

Basically it allows each player to claim one area of land. At the beginning its 7x7, and they may buy more blocks with in-game money, and then resize it to make it bigger by right-clicking a corner with a wooden shovel, and then right-clicking where they want the corner to be. Eventually they can make it a public city and sell/rent subzones.
