This is very bad on my server because Withers are prized on my server as a griefing tool. I have lowered the spawn rate of the wither skeleton, but that isn't going to do if a WitherSkeleton Grinder was used. The solution in my mind is a plugin that blocks a mob from spawning FROM A SPAWNER in a specific world configurable in a config. If possible even change the spawnrate of the spawner for specific mobs. Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin. Ideas for permissions: Can't think of any. When I'd like it by: No time limit. But as soon as possible.
