Safe Trade

Name of plugin: SafeTrade
Concept: Making trade between users safe.
Commands: /trade item # item # player /trade accept /trade deny
Example:
I want to trade 64 dirt for 118 stone from the player hobit.
I do, /trade dirt 64 stone 118 hobit
Economy Support: No, this is only for trading.
Private: No, everyone should be able to use this!
