Bukkit permissioms don't work? - Please help...

Whenever I start up my new server no of my rank or essentials commands work, and I can't think why? Could someone please help me, I'll be so greatful, thankyou in advance!

Try running it through a YML parser. It seems to have something in there it doesn't like.

Remove dots on names.
Don't use space between permissions.
Please don't use Build: true, because pex already allows you to build.

Care for the spaces, and don't use tabs. Tabs break everything.

No. Hitting backspace works great, though.

no.. the issue is that you cant format a YML properly. stop blaming other plugins on your own error.

 

Uncalled for, it doesn't make me stupid not being used to the yml coding environment. And I wasn't claiming essentials wasn't working, just that for some reason, I couldn't use any of the commands...

I did run it through a parser, but I couldn't figure out what it was trying to tell me to do. It would just say 'unicode not recognised' or something as such. Which didn't help me at all as I'm new to all this terminology...

On another note, here's my new permissions.yml file but based around command book.
All the permissions are okay so far, but how do I make it so that people's ranks appear on chat?

joshywins use a chat plugin that is compatible with PEX (Such as Chadmin).
