   On my server no one can open chests and workbenches, it says "You are not allowed to do this.". Anyone know the problem?

   No it's not actually world edit I forgot the message and thought it was related to WorldGuard, it actually says "You are not allowed to do this".

   Are you running essentials anti build or modify world? If essentials anti build just delete it, if modify world add the node modifyworld.* to your groups.

   If you're using Towny, make sure everyone has the appropriate nodes. We had an issue like this on my server not too long ago.
