Mobarena 3rd party plugin recommendations

I'm setting up Mob arenas with Mobarena and I'm looking for 3rd party plugins that i could use in combination with Mobarena, like more classes or plugins that link special effects on certain items such as sticks shooting fireball for Wizard/Sorcerer class etc... can anyone recommend any?

I'm specially looking for the latter one, magic spells for spellcasting classes.
I have also seen servers use snowballs for some kind of spray attack?

Also another question. How can i make Mobarena spawn mobs in armor and hold weapons?
