Filled Wolf Plugin (Need an experience Plugin Developer.)

I am going to be making a server with a wolf apocalypse and i want it so wolves are angry all the time and out to kill then having to wait for players to hit them to get them angry and i dont want them players to be able to tame the wolve.

If anyone could make this plugin I will love them and you may become rank Dev on my server.

 

This sounds easy enough, summary: always aggro wolves.

 

yeh and no normal wolves that are not raging and you can not tame the wolves

so could you make this plugin for me please?

I could try to do it as I am new to coding and need simple plugins to code lol. Plus this doesn't need an experienced coder to what I see.

just hit the link and Mediafire says error finding file this is caused by the file been removed ect

what version is the plugin and how may i update it when there is a new minecraft version?

Matth he made this plugin but i need another so it makes wolves automatically attack players and makes there spawning chance higher so i can have more wolves in the world and i mean a lot like an apocalypse if you could do this for me? please

Wait dont do extra spawning wolves as i can add another plugin for that just make wolves auto attack players.

Ok I will have to change the wolfs behavior which is sometimes difficult so I will work on it as soon as I get home

And it could be about 3-4 weeks depending on how busy I am
