Does this plugin exist?

    I'm looking for a plugin that can record all the commands and chat issued on a server, and places them in a log that I can find inside the plugin's folder. I need this to see who bans who ect. and incase I need to ever check if someone said something. If this plugin exists, please find the name for me! Also, if someone is willing to make it I would pay for it.
