Custo Login Commands - Should Be Easy?

    Im looking for a plugin to be made that a certain group with like the permission login.command that in the config I can set a command to be run when a player from a group with that perm logins. So the config could be like:
    command: /....
    but must include ability to add like <name> to be replaced with the user logging in so like it could be like command: /money give <name> 10

    Shall I add a delay, so they can't cheat with money?

    For the first question, the ability to have separate commands for each group would be good. I dont need a delay for the command(s) I have in mind but it would be a good optional feature.
