MyCommand Teleport Cancel on Move

MyCommand Plugin:

How can I get a command like that so that its like essentials teleport. It sends a message to "Wait 5 seconds before executing this command" Is there anyway that I can make it so that if the user moves, it stops the command from running? Like for teleporting, cancel on move.

I know that essentials does that, but I want that message Wait 5 seconds before this command is executed thing.
And I want to know if you can cancel command on move with myComand
