On death durability decreases

I cant find one like this and ive looked all over, I wanna make it so that whenever a player dies his armor and sword or anything in his inv that has a durability to decrease by 7% or anything I want, If you can tell me a plugin that already exists that will be as good thank you

Do you want the durability decrease to be specific for each item or one set percentage for all items?

 

one set decrease, or either if thats not too hard to make.

i ment if "its" not too hard as in per item, but if you are gonna make it any one works

 

Done, no perms, config is under /plugins/ArmorDecay. lmk how it does, i haven't used it myself yet.

its not working because theres another plugin that is letting me keep my stuff at full durability im trying to figure out what it is
