Bukkit 1.5 Plugin Compatibility?

    Basically, well... The title says it all. Is Bukkit 1.5 going to be compatible with plugins from >=1.4.7?
    I am just wondering are we going to have to get completely new plugins or are they going to be compatible.
    I am not an expert with Bukkit plugins so my hypothesis is that some may work and others may not, it would depend, although I am intrigued.

    Most of the plugins should still work, still, as always - test as necessary.

  4. Yup, as long as the API didn't change. Most of plugins will still work.

    What I find didn't work (on Costum build) for now is NoCheat and WorldEdit (now work with Costum NMS)

    never try modified builds for comparison. these usually do entirely other changes.
     
  6. It's a bukkit fork, so there shouldn't be much difference.

    You have no idea how many tickets we get for these "forks" that cause bugs not present in CraftBukkit.

    Don't assume because its a fork its not broken.
