My Bukkit Server Will Not Start Up after so long of running (updated to your liking Admins)

I am having this issue where i have my server Port Forwarded and i even updated all the plugins and tried to portforward AGAIN. i dont seem to know what the problem is because just yesterday my server was connecting just fine and was holding 8 people in it just fine as well. No i do not have any of my Mods or Admins open to Plugin commands or server commands. they can only rank up people to a certain level. I have the latest craftbukkit installed. Here is all the info i can provide for you.

whats also weird too, is that when i do run my server, i have 2 servers saved in my multiplayer on Minecraft, I have one where it has my Custom ip: playemhills.no-ip.org (not trying to advertise im trying to make a point) and another with my Computers router ip (so that i can log on by myself when i close the server to fix a few things up without players in the way because noone can connect) but when i start up my server, the file with my custom ip doesnt show up for me to connect, but my personnal one does and it was working just fine yesterday before i shut it down. also may i remind you, i portfowarded all my possible router ip addresses for multiple computers (mine changes because i shut down the computer every night to rest for 12 hours and then start up the server again) also i know i didnt get hacked because i always save a backup every morning before i start the server and the previous one is a save BEFORE the one i was gonna save today. and that one doesnt connect either. i tried taking out all my plugins and nothing happens, it still will not connect.

I even tried opening the port in my firewall but it still hasnt worked...

Really? how come i post this on the minecraft forums site and they get to me more quickly than you guys -_- Look i Love Bukkit with a passion but the one time i need help i get ignored... and my other post got locked just because i accidentally put up the server log when i tried it in offline mode WITHOUT ASKING IF I USE OFFLINE MODE FOR MY SERVER ALL THE TIME.... Come on, your Bukkit help me out or just at least warn me that you dont know whats wrong. im not trying to be an ass or trying to get anybody mad, i just try and host a dedicated server that basically couldnt run today and it might not run unless i get some kind of help. Just please, respond as quickly as possible with some sort of sign of hope for my server.

Ok i have noticed something, whenever im on minecraft multiplayer screen, and i refresh, in my server prompt it shows this message over, and over, and over again:

nevermind Bukkit peeps, while you were all jerking off to porn i had a REAL computer whiz help me out with my probelm, he had already figured out my routers Application Rules needed to be added through the firewall and trigger as well. sooo idk maybe it good to learn more than just how to operate Java, lol i'd be surprised if even 4 of you have more knowledge that expands what you do here.
