Toggling mob spawns in seperate worlds

    What I want:
    A plugin that allows an op to toggle mob spawning in a separate world through a command.

    Commands:
    /toggle aggressive mob <world> (toggles aggressive mobs to stop spawning in this world, vice versa)
    /toggle passive mob <world> (toggles passive mobs to stop spawning in this world, vice versa)
    /toggle all mob <world> (toggles all mobs to stop spawning in this world, vice versa)

    Permissions:
    - togglespawns.admin (control over all commands)
