I'm looking for an x-ray mod that will let me see like any other hacking xray tool, but in plugin form. I have found Server Side X-Ray (the only one I have found) and it is not good for many reasons. I would have assumed there would have been many major ones made, but I have yet to find one. Thank you.
I don't believe it is possible to see if other people are x-raying ... why not just block xray using the plugin Orebfuscator ...
No. I'm talking about an x-ray mod for the admins to use. I have a chest finder that will tp me to chest with item I specify, but when buried it is had to use, so an xray plugin would be perfect. To clarify, I am looking for a plugin to actually use xray, not prevent it. EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
I don't think you understand his request. He's not asking for an exploit on other servers, he's looking to legitimately allow his staff (on his server) to Xray without client mods. As a response to the OP - this should be possible by manipulating what is sent to the client (already possible by plugins like Orebfuscator). I'm not a plugin developer though so I can't say too much more than that.
I know exactly what he is saying. This is extremely pointless, because he could just download a mod that will do it 90% better.
He wants a plugin though. If someone wants to create large amounts of blocks quickly, we don't tell them to download a quick-placer hack and gtfo, we make Worldedit and VoxelSniper. If you don't want to make it, don't, but don't try and keep other people from.
Make sure you know what you're doing. Just any FYI, you wouldn't need protocallib or any other packet editing plugins.
