Need help with permissions? (simple I think)

Hey guys, so I'm in the process of setting up my permissions system using bPermissions, and well theres a few commands that I need to restrict only for admins however I can't find the "Nodes" I think they were called??? so its making things kinda hard, If someone could point me in a direction or even tell me the Nodes that would be really helpful....
The basic nodes I need is for
/seen
/gamemode 1 or 0 depending on which one you want to go to...
/op (player name)
/kill
/mob (this command spawns mobs)
/killall

For right now thats all, but if someone could please help me on that, or tell me where to find what i'm looking for that would be really helpful, thanks

 

What plugins control the above commands?

 

Just use Essentials?

 

Thats the thing, I don't know, although I didn't know essentials gave these commands, I will go look into it.
