our members can't reach the server

As the title says, our members can't reach our server while we are offline on the servercomputer.
We have portforwarded successfully, but still it doesn't work.
I've searched for answers but can't find anything that describes this problem
this problem started when I installed Enjin minecraft plugin, and ive looked in its config but ofc its nothing where that could solve it

Which IP are you using? The IPv4 type doesn't work if that is what you are using. Make sure that they have their Firewall disabled or lets port 25565 to go through. This what happened to a friend of mine that had a server. It took me 30 seconds to figure out what took him 3 days. But, these are just suggestions an I don't know if this helped or not.

 

im using a dynamic dns. I tried to reach the server on my laptop and my firewall is disabled. Didnt work.

In which way doesnt the ipv4 work..? my partner just told me he thinks that is what we are using.
