Shut Up or Die

  1. There may already be a plugin like this that exists but if not I'd love to see it:

A chat censor/filter that would randomly choose a way for a player to die every time they say one of the forbidden words, or spam the chat.
For example: "I hate this damn lag."
"lag" and "damn" being two forbidden words, each one would cause a randomly selected death for the player. My suggestions for ways to die (if it's even possible):

    - Spawn several creepers (or other deadly mobs) at the player's location
    - Instant starvation?
    - Instant drowning?
    - FIRE
    - Suffocation (blocks should disappear after player dies)
    - Lightning
    - TNT
    - Just simple /kill

So if a player said the above sentence, they would maybe end up being set on fire with 3 creepers surrounding them. The plugin could also possibly announce the event.
Lol, I don't even know if all this is possible, just thought it would be an entertaining and effective way to stop spammers.

Easily possible although could be annoying for moderators who try to warn players about these words :p

The plugin is available here : https://mega.co.nz/#!UMYG0RSK!M2cPmRWGyBNFzRzjjasBciMa7wEUp6FOImD0MMOB3L4

I went further then your initial request, but it may seem regressive. There are two config files, on for the banned words and one for the commands. When a player writes a word which is also written in the former, a random command from the latter will be executed with his name as the first argument. This means you may use any plugin you wish to kill the player.

  5. Haha! Thank you for this. I didn't think anyone would do it, and when you appeared on my server talking about a request, you confused the hell out of me. I had already forgotten about it. xD
