Recently on my server me and another OP did a rehaul of permissions, who got Owner, Admin, Moderator, etc. We have many worlds so it was a little bit of work, but we got it done.

Now, the problem was we forgot to readd in one moderator. So we did, but the problem was that it never recognized him. I checked the users config file for each world, and it had him listed as a moderator. Reload/restarting the server did nothing to help us.

Please more information. I need errors in logs you may be getting while typing this command. Users configs and name of this player. Also let me see your groupmanager permissions for the world.

That's the thing though, I never got a error, it said that it added him to Moderators, but he never got the symbol for Moderators next to him, or the Moderator permissions that carry. All of the other mods have have gotten both things, just not him.

    Here is his user config.
    ConteDePatiernis:
    group: Moderator
    subgroups: []
    permissions:
As you can see, it listed his as moderator, but for some reason, it's not working for him.

is there a GroupManager save command? I fund whit that premissions plugin it needs to save for things to change. and did you do this like /manuadd as a player/console. OR did you edit his config.?

use permissionsEX its much easier, you just need the nodes, and groups and it wont lock all the commands if 1 things wrong.

It's not really hard fred. It's very easy and is supportted my pretty much every plugin unlike group manager. PEX is the way to go. I just recently switched to it with no problems.
