Server Keeps Crashing

Today unexpectedly, the server that me and others play on crashed. We thought this was a normal thing until it instantly crashes whenever someone logs back in. We tried to install Antishare today and we thought that might be the problem so we removed the plugin, but that didnt fix it. We also updated CreeperHeal today too, not sure if thats relevant information or not. This is the serverlog:

Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated, hope someone can help solve this problem, cause I have no idea whats going on

 

Hm, seems your control panel is the one which initiates the shutdown, is it up to date ?

 

The server is run by a host, its called Multicraft, and we discovered something else, people who are not in the main town area can log in, but as soon as someone goes near the town, the server crashs, this also counts for people who are already in the town that tries to login

We just removed all of our plugins but were still getting this problem

If it instantly crashes there would be a ... crash log.

All your paste there shows is multicraft restarting the server.
