   Hello all i am looking for 2 plugins which i cannot find (atleast not working one)
   1.I am looking for NO MOB Spawner so mob spawners would get removed from the map.Please only post the links if you tested the plugin and if it worked for you.
   
   2.I am looking for a plugin that would create cooldown on specific command that can be used.
   For example: wait time (5 seconds) on /pvp off or on /pvp on or on /spawn etc..
   
   So if you know for anything like this please let me know.
