   My server keeps having random lag spikes and I don't know why. Sometimes it's running fine at 12 players, and sometimes there are only 4 people on and the TPS is down to like 15. I keep analyzing plugin timings and it's always about the same: NoCheatPlus, WorldGuard, and Multiverse-Portals are the top 3. NCP takes up between 33% and 40% of plugin timing, but I can't disable that for obvious reasons. I'm thinking this has nothing to do with plugins, maybe it's taking too long to load the world, or maybe someone has a highly complex redstone contraption. I need to know what it is.
