You're not helping your case by replying to them. It is very annoying to recreate a plugin that already exists, as some people would want to release the plugin and not have it be a copy of several others. Although they should do the correct thing and do whatever the requesting person wants until it is done, they clearly do not want to. tl;dr It's probably not worth your time to argue with them.

Well, quite a lot of what you have said is in the plugin PayBlock (because payblock is ecomomy, you can sell blockgroups for a price, etc, which I think is what you are after). and no, I couldent code that, I pretty much specialise in players and items (e.g. exploding arrows, PVP effects, AntiHack, etc) edit: however, it is a good idea, if I was better at configs, I might (I am currently crap at storing information to disk) edit no.2: I wrote this before you said don't quote you, so sorry for quoting you
