Console has turned into a string of errors!

Ever since i updated my server to 1.4.5 my console is just a huge string of errors. I decided to finally ask you guys here at bukkit what the hell the problem is? Below is a link to the error and a list of all the plugins i currently have running on my server.

update at least factions, also this isnt the full error (the start of the error shows what causes it)

 

I have factions updated already... and my stupid host doesnt let me download the server log but ill try FTP

 

well the version of factions doesnt match the bukkit version u are using as its spraying errors.. either fix that or dont use factions
