(Help) Replaced air with roses, corrupted world?

Well, playing around with some people and typing "//replacenear 50 air rose" apparently crashed my server and I assume, partially corrupted my world. I can login, and see 3-4 chunks, but immediately the server freezes and I fall into the void about 2 blocks per second downwards.

Any help? I would MCEdit, but the world is around 10GB big, and that would take hours to download, and days to upload. Any suggestions?

 

You can try a messy method or removing the items right as you login with /remove items 1000 right as you login before you crash. It will take a few crashes, but if you are fast enough you can slowly help make it so you won't crash.

 

Lol. I don't think of anyway than MCedit'ng it. You could however find which chunk you are on and delete the corresponding .dat files one by one.

 

Got this fixed. Apparently breaking the flowers one row by row then restarting fixed it. Kind of funny how the server being completely froze up let me do this

 

It is (now was) a physics problem.

 

I had this problem with my server, it is now fixed... But I had to regenerate my world.
