New bukkit Plugin

Hello everyone. I am working on a plugin and I was wondering: Is there any simple tutorials on how to code? I am a noob at this. Doing my first plugin. So I need some advice. Thanks.

 

First step is to learn java which has plenty of tutorials almost everywhere.

 

Yes I have learned like the easy stuff from thenewboston like java uses methods to make it do things, and that you MUST have a class and I now how to make a hello world program and know how to make variables. Is that all I need to know?
