ok its a farly simple plugin but i shouldnt be talking i havent made a plugin im trying. but anyway here is the breif description of the plugin. Main Idea: Create a "Realm" Its a small community that is protected, from players, but they can blow it up with tnt only! They can also open chests in the "Realm" Goal: Players create the "Realm" (Town) and can Invite players to a "Realm" and they would be able to build in the area. A realm could only have a certain area of land protected example 150x150. The point of realms, is to team up with people in the realm, as "Allies" So that means they cant attack eachother... Realms would then invade eachothers area... By making tnt cannons, and raiding chests. Once you step into the area of the realm, it would tell you in chat "You have now entered "Hyrule Realm" . When you make a realm, you could set a realm spawn, but only the members could go to the spawn. These are some commands: /realm create /realm invite /realm join /realm spawn /realm setspawn /realm protect /realm kick /realm allie /realm list /realm enemy and i know im not supposed to ask but please don't close this but i find the bukkit plugin tutorials no help so if someone out there would help me i would love it i want to be the person making plugins not asking for them please i want to be a developer sincerely -bmcc1234- Come on people i need help badly EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
Tip: Usually, when you post huge and complicated projects like this one, you don't get a response. This is because nobody really wants to go through the trouble of doing this, when there are plugins similar to this like factions and towny. :/ If you're asking for help with a plugin you want to create, you have posted in the wrong section, and should post this here. You have posted 3 topics. I will hopefully see you temp- ban/and or some form of punishment, I cannot stand people who cannot wait more then 3 minutes for something to happen.
bmcc1234 I've merged this thread with another similar one and closed a few others that were in the wrong section. You can't just go around spamming your idea everywhere and hope it gets made, if anything you've likely now soured some developers to working with you, which isn't at all what you wanted to do. You have your thread here in the requests forum, for this plugin. This should be the only thread you need. And don't bump it, because that's a no-go too. If nobody is willing to make it, then nobody is willing to make it, I'm afraid. Others have helpfully suggested you look to using other, similar plugins. And that may be your best recourse.
