Hello. Im using the latest dev build of permissionsEx (1.4.6). Im also using buycraft. The issue is when I type, example: /pex user (name) group set vip, he'll have the rank untill the server crashes. When its back up again, everybody loses their ranks. Any idea how to fix?
I had to switch from PEX to Group Manager ... issues just wouldn't go away in PEX for me. one after another. I have read some posts that say it is fine now so maybe someone has an answer for you, hopefully
Tried with Group Manager. Converted all the stuffs with commands, took about 40 minutes. After that I reloaded, and of course, the same thing happend. All the data was lost.
Turn off the server, modify the ranks, then save the file, and turn the server back up. Try that, rather than doing it inside the game.
I had no problems doing any of the PEX commands until 1.4.6 then a bunch of issues came up from different things I kept updating t o the latest builds as often as I could but the issues did not stop for me. so I switched to Essentials Group Manager. I have had no issues yet with Group Manager. I hear people have no issues with PEX and that is awesome. I now personally prefer Essentials Group Manager, nothing against PEX I just was having issues so i switched and would of switched back if I didn't like Group Manager so much
