Death Ban plugin needed

Hi I'm making a hardcore server at the moment. I've looked all over for a death ban plugin. The only Advanced plugin for death ban was Ban on death and that plugins page has been deleted. There is currently no powerful death ban plugin out there publicly for the minecraft/bukkit community.
What i need:
Deathban with configurable ban time
A system to give players extra lives via a command
A player to see how much time is left when trying to login
Mysql lite support
a command for players to check the status of other players
What i would like to have (optional):
Client side lightning strikes in the place a player dies
A sign being left in there death place informing players who died and what time they died (and the ability to disable that in certain regions like spawn)
The ability to disable deathban in regions
Variable deathban times depending on how the player was killed (Really would love to have that one)

Thats about all. I know making a plugin like this would probably be a big project but like no one seems to be making a good deathban plugin these days.

I've looked at your plugin the only reason im not using is because it lacks being able to give players extra life's via commands which is crucial to having a donate for extra lives system (which is what i need to pay for my hosting)

 

it is fairly simple to add an extra life system by adding a new command and making it /respawn pr something like that, and then you keep a list of people who payed for an extra life and when they die you just type /respawn [name] and they will be able to re-join

 

Under that system a staff member would have to be online when the player dies to revive them. If a staff member isnt online when someone that donates dies.They wont respawn which will frustrate them and make them less likely to donate in the future.

 

True, I suppose you could make a config file with a list of names of the donators and when they die that get respawned... I don't know how to do that but perhaps someone could use that idea and make it..

 

in the server proprities, there a section hardcore. This section ban you from the server if you die.
it's implented in the Server roots.
